1st Indonesia and South-East Asia International 420 Coaches and Sailors Clinic

The International 420 Class Association is hosting a Coaches and Sailors Clinic in Jakarta, Indonesia from 30 November to 4 December 2016. Coaches from Asia and Oceania are invited to join the Clinic.

The Clinic will take place in Indonesia from 30 November-4 December. The Head Coach for this clinic is the well-known and world class coach Nikos Drougkas (GRE). Drougkas has worked with the I420 Class to produce our “420 to the Max” training video and the online performance tool “420 Exercise E-Book”.

The aim of the Clinic is to share knowledge and coaching techniques, with sessions delivered by specialists in a mix of shore side theory and on-the-water practical sessions.

The essential costs of the Clinic are being met by the International 420 Class Association, with participating coaches just required to cover their transport, accommodation and meal costs.

The Clinic will be a mix of on-water sessions, lectures, exercises and presentations. Places at this Clinic will be limited. Please take a look at the Clinic Programme and General Conditions and complete the Entry Form by 10 November 2016.
