Counting 4 wins from the 7 race series, and winning with a 9 point margin provides a perfect confidence boost for the British pair ahead of racing getting underway in China on Monday 11 December. In China, they will face many of the world's best teams in the 420 Class. Take a look at the Youth Worlds entry list.

Fluky conditions on Saturday 2 December challenged the Race Committee to get racing underway, but soon it was well into the 7 race series. Whislt Hatty and Pippa dominated at the front, it was second to Vita Heathcote/Milly Boyle and third to Neil Marsden/Rebbeca Coles.

Also heading to China are Alex Smallwood/Ross Thompson, who took a more conservative finish, particularly after taking two black flag (BFD) penalty scores. The pair ended on a high though, winning the final race of thh series to finish 13th overall.
