After the video debrief, the remainder of the morning session was spent on the Racing Rules of Sailing, identifying the key rules and improve knowledge and understanding.

The afternoon on water session featured a range of weather conditions, as light wind and sun switched to wind and rain, serving up a perfect opportunity to test what both coaches and sailors had learned over the previous three days. A course was set to also optimise the opportunity to learn new manoeuvres.

Sunday will mark the concluding day of the 420 Coaches and Sailors Clinic.

Hosted at Yangon Sailing Club and organized with the support of the Myanmar Yachting Federation, the Clinic will help to improve the skill level of both coaches and sailors in the region. The Clinic in Myanmar is the first in a series of Clinics which are being held in South America, Asia and Europe, including a High Level Coaches Clinic in Italy from 1-5 October, for which registration is still open.
