UPDATE #6 - 2017 420 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
TO: 420 NATIONAL CLASS ASSOCIATIONS
Just a quick update as we countdown to the 2017 420 World Championships in Australia:
ONLINE ENTRY - please make sure your National Class Association has entered the 2017 420 World Championships by the normal entry deadine of before 26 November 2017.
Entries made and entry fees received by the normal entry deadline of before 26 November 2017 pay an entry fee of EUR300. Entries received after this date will be required to pay an entry fee of EUR375 and will be subject to approval.
Each National Class Association has been sent their individual login details to complete online entry, which is at http://2017worlds.420sailing.org/en/default/races/race-inscription-multiplayer
The World Championship and Ladies Championship are open to all ages, with the U17 World Championship for sailors who shall not have attained their 17th birthday on or before 31.12.2017 (i.e. born after 31 December 2000) for both members of the team.
As you are aware the usual entry quota restrictions have been waived and National Class Associations may enter as many teams as they wish to the 420 Worlds.

INSURANCE - The Fremantle Sailing Club has partnered up with Club Marine to provide insurance cover for the 2017 420 World Championships. The insurance provided will meet the requirements of Notice of Race requirements for €5,000,000 cover. If you need insurance, simply complete the application form and email the form to WA@clubmarine.com.au
AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - the Australian 420 National Championships are taking place before the 420 Worlds, from 20-23 December, and are a perfect warm-up regatta.
