After 6 races and a first discard kicking in, David Gilmour & James Omay (21 points) and Aimee Negri & Breanna Vos (55 points) retain the Open and Women’s lead respectively. Angus Galloway & Alex Gough are still 2nd overall (32 pnts), but Justin Liu & Sherman Cheng (SIN) have moved up to 3rd on 30 points. Griselda Khng & Cecilia Low (SIN) retain 2nd in the Women’s (57 pts), just a point ahead of Lauren Thredgold & Megan Soulsby.

Laura Baldwin of Yachting Australia writes: “Tucking into large tubs of pasta, refuelling after a long and enduring day on the water, Lauren Thredgold & Megan Soulsby (SA) told, “We are really happy with our day, we sailed really well and it feels so good to beat boys in races, especially in the big wind!”.
