KNOWLEDGE ACQUISTION CONTINUES AT 420 CLASS HIGH LEVEL COACHES CLINIC
A perfect Lake Garda day greeted the coaches on day 3 at the 420 Class High Level Coaches Clinic in Italy, with sun and a light breeze, in contrast to yesterday's rain which kept coaches in the classroom!
Taking place from 1-5 October 2016 at Univela, Campione, Lake Garda the clinic has attrached coaches from Great Britain, Italy, Malaysia, Poland, Romania, Switzerland and Turkey have joined the Clinic.

This afternoon, coaches will head out on the water to practice exercises and work on tactics and Racing Rules of Sailing.

The 420 Class High Level Coaches Clinic is led by the rewnowned Jim Saltonstall, the British coaching legend who deserves recognition for Britain’s remarkable success within the sailing Olympic arena. Saltonstall will be sharing his knowledge on how he has encouraged, and inspired so many youngsters towards success over the past 3 decades. Working alongside Jim is Nikos Drougkas from Greece, author of the 420 to the Max videos and 420 Exercise e-Book. Drougkas has run numerous 420 clinics for coaches and sailors around the world, as well as his own coaching.
