Racing got underway on Wednesday in New Zealand for the Hyundai YouthSail 07 regatta. Blustery conditions resulted in postponements in the morning, but the winds dropped below the allowable limit in the early afternoon and the 420s got three races in.

Paul Snow-Hansen & Blair Tuke lead on 8 points. Stephanie Hazard & Rachel Baseri and Tim Coltman & Ben Goodwin Are both on 12 and the Berrys, Sarah & Emma, on 16. Leading women at the NZL Nationals earlier in the week, Susannah Pyatt & Danielle Bowater are on 18, while National Champions, Thomas & Jason Saunders are on 19. Some way to go!
