ALL EVENT INFORMATION

You should find the latest news on the event website (click above), both results and running news - they were adding news yesterday (when the Measurement Team had their "practice race"), but the on-the-spot Press Team (mostly high powered ecionomists from the Uni of Zagreb, it seems) had a small glitch with the login today; hopefully, all back to normal soon. We will add odd bits here on the I420 site, together with the ISAF reports (which appear on the morning after each day's racing). Measurement is in full swing today, with lines of 420s and 470s passing tghrough the two large hangars. There is a buzz around the place, and, for those in a good vantage point in the shade (much supporter coffee drinking outside the Club Restaurant!), a great spectacle on the water, with the occasional ferry passing across the sail area on route to the port, behind the Old City, but mainly many of the 420 and 470 teams out training. If sending "food parcels" to deprived sailors in Zadar, please include sun tan cream!. An interesting notice appreaded on the board this morning telling sailors that they should attend the press office at midday for the "shootout"; we are assured that this was for a photo shoot! Otherwise, everything very friendly and relaxed.
