Domination at Hungary's Majthenyi Memorial Regatta
Held over the weekend of 15-17 April, the 2016 Majthenyi Memorial Regatta is an annual event, which this year was hosted at Yacht Club Agard - on a lake located to the south-west of Budapest.
Racing took place for 420, Laser 4.7, Laser Radial and Optimist attracting 132 boats.
Contesting a five race series, Wolf Szabolcs/Csebfalvi dominated the race track counting 4 wins from fives races to win the event. Their only foot fault was a 5th in the opening race, but with this discarded they held a clean scorecard.
Second to Soltesz Hanna/Balazs Denese Marton, and thrid to Formanek Liza/Kalmar Luca.

Up next on the racing programme in Hungary is the Kereked International Youth Cup, 29 April-1 May, which also kicks off the 420 Sail Centrop Cup 2016 series, which features a four event series spanning Austria and Hungary. Raced on Lake Balaton, the Kereked International Youth Cup is a perfect warm-up for the 2016 420 Junior European Championship hosted on Lake Balaton from 29 July-5 August.
