Close Leaderboard at Singapore's 420 Nationals
Despite a resounding win in the medal race, Singapore's Kimberly Lim/Savannah Siew, just couldn't quite catch raivals Loh Jia Yi/Jonathan Yeo who walked away with the 420 National Championship crown.
Nine races and a medal race were the programme over the four days of racing for the 2014 Singapore 420 National Championships held at Singapore's National Sailing centre, 5-8 June 2014.
Whichever race Loh Jia Yi/Jonathan Yeo didn't win Kimberly Lim/Savannah Siew did and vice versa as the Championship became a showdown between these two teams. Sailing as an open event it was simply girls agains boys, with Elisa UYukie Yokoyama/Samantha Anabelle Neubronner left to pick up the thrid place on the podium.
The 7 home nation teams were joined by one Australian partnership in the shape of Sarah Kirke/Zane Sicree.
