The British National Championships started on Monday at Hayling Island SC, but, after two races on the first day, there was no sailing on Tuesday and Wednesday due to winds averaging 25 knots, with gusts up to 35 knots. With cold Northerlies, it was not possible to race in Chichester Harbour, instead of Hayling Bay either. No snow apparently, but last night's BBQ moved indoors! Anyway, back racing today (Thursday) with the pressure on the Race Committee to maximise the number of races today and tomorrow. News is provided live on the event website, via the GBR Class link above.
