420 Crews link up with French Olympian for Girls Training Programme

Over the weekend of 7-8 May, the Fédération Francaise de Voile organized a Girls Training event for teams to improve their training and preparation.
Twelve 420 teams were joined by current 470 World Champion Camille Lecointre who shared her valuable knowledged an insights. Lecointre will be representing France at the Rio 2016 Olympics with crew Helene Defrance in the 420 Class.
The intense two-day programme covered technique and physical preparation.
