2013 Sail the Gulf (1)
Taking place from 19-23 February in Doha, Qatar, the 2013 edition of Sail the Gulf will welcome 420 teams from Malaysia, Myanmar and Qatar.
Hosted by the Doha Sailing Club, Sail the Gulf attracts teams from around the world for this 12 race scheduled series contested in Doha Bay.
The entry deadline has passed, but if you are quick and contact the event organizers on qatarsailing@yahoo.com you can still enter and charter boats are still available. Charter fees are only US$200 for the entire event, which combined with a low entry fee of US$100 makes this event incredibly attractive as part of your winter programme.
For the winners, alongside the Championship trophies, prize money of Riyals 9,000 (approximately EUR1,850) will be shared amongst the top three teams.
