420 Chosen for Youth World Championships in 2009

At the November meeting of the World Youth Sailing Championship sub-committee of ISAF, it was unanimously agreed to recommend the 420 as the two person dinghy for both boys and girls when the Championship is held in Brazil in 2009.

A beautiful Riva morning! THe Gold Fleets are on the water. The Ladies Gold had a clean start to their first race at approx. 08.10 with Oscar and 16 knots. The Gold Worlds will follow, the Ladies having priority as they have less Final races "in the bag".
