Ben Saxton & James Foskett retain their lead by 14 points at Nieuwpoort after 8 races, but Florian Dziesiaty & Oliver Szymanski (34) and Daniel Zepuntke, Leon Bischoff-Everding (42) (both GER) have overtaken , Frances Peters & Kate Sparks (46) and Tim Saxton & Claire Lasko (47) (both GBR) for 2nd and 3rd placings today. Tomorrow, 5 July, is the final day.

Ben Saxton & James Foskett (GBR) are the new Flanders 420 Champions

Newly teamed up for their first major event together, Saxton & Foskett decicively won the 18th Flanders Regatta at Nieuwpoort. Two German teams made challenges on the final day of racing to acheive 2nd and 3rd: Florian Dziesiaty & Oliver Szymanski and Daniel Zepuntke & Leon Bischoff-Everding.
